Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What should I bring to my first Reformer class?

Bring a water bottle, a small sweat towel, and grip socks (mandatory for safety and stability on the Reformer carriage).

How far in advance do I need to book my classes?

You can book via our studio app or web portal up to 14 days in advance. We recommend booking early as peak morning and evening spots fill quickly.

Are classes suitable if I am recovering from an injury?

Yes, but please inform your instructor prior to class start so they can provide appropriate modifications and spring adjustments tailored to your needs.

I’m a complete beginner, which class should I choose?

We recommend starting with Reformer Foundations or Core & Postural Align to get familiar with the machine setup and basic movement patterns.

What is the cancellation policy for group sessions?

We require a 12-hour cancellation notice for group classes to allow members on the waitlist to take the spot without penalty.

Do I need special grip socks for Reformer Pilates?

Yes, grip socks are required for all Reformer classes for safety, grip, and studio hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, you can purchase them directly at the studio reception before your class.
